1. Safety Warning
This device emits high-power invisible infrared radiation. Direct or reflected exposure may cause permanent eye injury, skin burns, fire, equipment damage, or property loss.
Operation is limited to trained adults in a restricted and controlled environment. Certified laser protective eyewear rated for 974nm must be worn before the power supply is connected. Ordinary sunglasses do not provide adequate protection.
Never aim the device at people, animals, vehicles, aircraft, reflective surfaces, cameras, optical sensors, flammable materials, or uncontrolled areas.
2. Installation
Inspect the main unit, lens, cables, connectors, and battery for damage.
Place the device on a stable, dry, non-reflective surface.
Point the output aperture toward a secured, heat-resistant beam stop.
Confirm the correct positive and negative terminal connections.
Connect a compatible 12–15V DC 3S battery pack.
Keep the activation button released during connection.
Do not use a damaged, swollen, leaking, overheated, or incompatible battery. Never reverse the polarity.
3. Troubleshooting
Device Does Not Power On
Check the battery charge, input voltage, polarity, cables, and connectors.
No Laser Output
Check the power connection and activation button. Never inspect the output by looking into the aperture.
Unstable Output
Disconnect the battery and inspect the battery voltage, connector, lens condition, and device temperature.
Device Overheats
Stop operation, disconnect the battery, and allow the unit to cool in a ventilated area.
