3. Fully extend the lens; the device is effective at a distance of 0.5 meters from the target.
4. Use in short bursts, max 8 seconds per activation. Longer use triggers thermal protection and interrupts operation.
5. Built-in thermal protection cuts power at 45 degrees Celsius. The switch will temporarily stop working and resume after cooling.
6. Check battery level in standby mode. A voltage drop when pressing the ignition switch is normal. Low battery reduces output--recharge promptly.
7. Charger LED: red = charging, green = fully charged. If green, confirm the outlet is live.
