1. Incoming Material inspection of raw material
1.1 Insite Inspection standards
Raw material types (such as PC boards, glass, coating materials, etc.) must meet the requirements of the JTBYShield Laser Technology Co. Ltd technical specification sheet, then we do have a Complete supplier qualification documents (COA/MSDS);Packaging integrity (moisture-proof, scratch-proof)
1.2 Inspection methods
Visual inspection: no scratches, bubbles, or impurities on the surface
Dimension measurement: thickness/length and width tolerance ≤±0.1mm
Performance sampling: sampling test of transmittance and flame retardancy (if applicable)
1.3 Common problems
Supplier batch inconsistency
Edge damage caused by transportation
2. Machine cleaning process
2.1 Cleaning standards
Cleaning agent type: no residual solvent (such as IPA or deionized water)
Cleanliness requirements: surface particles ≤5μm (microscope detection required)
Here shall a photo of our cleaning material before mass production

2.2 QA monitoring points
Visual inspection after cleaning (no fingerprints, oil stains)
Record cleaning machine parameters (time, temperature, pressure)
2.3 Corrective measures
Trigger the re-cleaning process when contamination is found
3. Material processing (laser cutting/coating)
3.1 Key parameters
Laser power/speed setting (adjusted according to material thickness)
Cutting edge roughness ≤Ra 1.6μm
Protective coating uniformity (colorimeter detection ΔE≤1.5)
3.2 Process inspection
First piece inspection: The first piece of each shift needs full-size measurement
Inspection frequency: One piece is randomly inspected every hour (record cutting accuracy and coating thickness)
3.3 Unqualified treatment
Edge burrs → rework and polishing
Uneven coating → peeling and recoating
4. Packaging and shipment inspection
4.1 Packaging requirements
Dust-proof film + bubble pad + reinforced carton
Label information (model, batch number, protection level)
4.2 Final inspection items
100% appearance inspection (no scratches or stains)
Performance sampling (laser protection level test, such as EN 207 standard)
4.3 Customer feedback tracking
Record customer complaints after shipment (such as transportation damage rate target <0.5%)
