User Manual
Safety Warning
This device contains a high-power invisible infrared laser. Direct or reflected exposure may cause permanent eye injury, skin burns, fire, or property damage.
Use only in a restricted, controlled area by trained adults. Always wear certified protective eyewear suitable for the laser wavelength. Ordinary sunglasses are not sufficient.
Never point the device at people, animals, vehicles, aircraft, reflective surfaces, cameras, flammable materials, or public areas.
Before Use
Check the main unit, focusing lens, charger, battery system, switches, and housing for damage.
Confirm that the cooling vents are clean and unobstructed.
Place the device on a stable, dry, non-reflective surface.
Install the focusing lens securely without forcing the threads.
Make sure the laser output is directed toward a suitable non-reflective beam stop.
Keep unauthorized persons away from the operating area.
Do not operate the device if the battery, charger, cable, lens, or housing is damaged.
Charging
Switch off the main power.
Connect the supplied charger to the DC charging port.
Connect the charger to an AC 100–240V power outlet.
Allow the battery to charge in a dry, ventilated area.
Disconnect the charger after charging is complete.
Do not charge the device unattended or near flammable materials. Use only the supplied or approved charger.
Power-On Procedure
Put on suitable laser protective eyewear.
Check that the beam path is clear and controlled.
Switch on the main power.
The three internal cooling fans will start automatically.
Switch on the green auxiliary aiming light when alignment assistance is required.
Confirm the intended direction before pressing the laser activation button.
The green auxiliary light is only an aiming reference and does not indicate the full infrared beam hazard area.
Operation
Press the laser activation button only when the operating area is secured.
Use short, intermittent operating cycles. Continuous operating time may vary with ambient temperature and cooling conditions. Stop operation immediately if the housing becomes excessively hot or the output becomes unstable.
The temperature-protection system may suspend laser output when the internal temperature reaches approximately 45°C. Allow the device to cool before operating it again.
Never leave the device powered on or unattended.
Focusing Lens Adjustment
Adjust the telescopic focusing lens only while the laser output is off.
Turn or extend the lens gradually to obtain the required focus. Do not touch the optical surface with bare fingers.
Never look through the lens or directly into the output aperture, even when no visible light is present.
After Use
Release the laser activation button.
Switch off the auxiliary aiming light.
Switch off the main power.
Allow the cooling fans and housing to cool completely.
Disconnect the charger if connected.
Clean the lens with suitable optical cleaning material.
Store the device in its case or carton in a locked location.
Abnormal Conditions
Stop using the device immediately if you notice:
Excessive heat
Smoke or unusual odor
Abnormal fan noise
Unstable output
Damaged lens
Loose switches or connectors
Battery swelling
Cracked or damaged housing
Switch off the power and allow the unit to cool. Do not disassemble or repair the internal laser system yourself.
Storage and Transport
Store the device in a cool, dry, ventilated location away from children, heat sources, water, reflective objects, and flammable materials.
Use the supplied storage case or protective carton during transport. Prevent impact, vibration, moisture, and accidental switch activation.
Follow applicable battery transportation and laser safety regulations.
Intended Use
This equipment is intended only for controlled laboratory testing, optical evaluation, professional technical work, and other lawful applications.
