Built around a Raycus laser source, the system combines a 120W optical output, coaxial red alignment beam, 50× adjustable focusing lens, rechargeable 21700 battery pack, and automatic thermal protection in a portable cylindrical housing.

This model is intended as auxiliary equipment and should not be compared with large industrial obstacle-removal systems. Performance depends heavily on focus adjustment, mounting stability, atmospheric visibility, battery condition, and operator experience.

Raycus Laser Source

Adjustable 1–20m Working Range

The supplied 50× focusing lens can be adjusted by rotating the threaded focusing mechanism.

• Without the focusing lens, the effective distance is approximately 1 meter.

• Maximum-distance performance requires clear visibility without fog, haze, or heavy airborne moisture.

When the internal operating temperature reaches approximately 45°C, the system automatically interrupts output. In testing at an ambient temperature of approximately 24°C, thermal protection typically activated after around 30–40 seconds of continuous use from a cold start.

The unit must be allowed to cool before output can resume. A custom water-cooled configuration may be available for applications requiring longer operating periods.
