160W Long-Range 930nm Infrared Laser Illuminator, 100M High-Power IR Night Vision Light With Red Aiming Laser

The 160W 930nm Infrared Laser Illuminator is designed for long-range night observation, optical testing, equipment inspection, and other controlled infrared illumination applications.

It produces a concentrated 930nm invisible infrared beam with a maximum tested distance of up to 100 meters under suitable conditions. Because 930nm infrared light is invisible to the naked eye, the system includes a night vision scope for observing the infrared spot and an external red aiming laser for alignment reference.

The focus and aiming point must be adjusted manually according to the operating distance. For distances over 10 meters, mounting the device on a stable tripod is strongly recommended.

• 160W High-Power Pump Source

The device uses a 160W pump source with approximately 350W electrical power consumption, providing concentrated infrared illumination for medium- and long-distance observation.

• Invisible 930nm Infrared Output

The 930nm infrared beam is not visible to the naked eye. The included night vision scope allows the operator to observe the illuminated spot and adjust the aiming position in real time.

• Up to 100m Tested Distance

The maximum tested distance is approximately 100 meters under appropriate environmental, focusing, mounting, and visibility conditions.

The device does not automatically focus at 100 meters. The focal length and aiming point must be manually adjusted whenever the operating distance changes.

• Night Vision Spot Observation

Once the infrared output is activated, the operator can view the infrared spot through the night vision scope and make timely alignment adjustments.

Please note that the night vision scope does not include a distance-measuring function.

• External Red Aiming Laser

An external visible red laser is included as an aiming and alignment reference because the main 930nm infrared beam is invisible.

• Manual Focus Adjustment

The focusing lens can be manually adjusted for different working distances. Accurate focusing is necessary to achieve a clear and concentrated infrared spot.

• Tripod-Compatible Housing

The main unit features a standard 1/4-inch threaded mounting hole, compatible with most common photographic tripods and support stands.

The device is equipped with an internal temperature-control protection system. Continuous operating time varies significantly according to ambient temperature, starting temperature, focusing conditions, and previous use.

At an ambient temperature of approximately 7–8°C with a fully cooled device, continuous operation may reach approximately 1–1.5 minutes under favorable test conditions.

After the unit becomes thermally saturated, it may enter a protection cycle in which approximately 4 seconds of operation is followed by about 4 seconds of cooling.

In hot summer environments, a single operating period may be reduced to approximately 30 seconds or less.

For more stable performance and longer product life, each activation should preferably be limited to 10 seconds or less. If thermal protection is triggered, stop using the device and allow it to cool completely before restarting.

Actual performance may differ according to environmental temperature and operating conditions.

Battery operating time depends on activation frequency, ambient temperature, thermal-protection cycles, and actual power consumption. It should not be interpreted as two hours of uninterrupted full-power laser output.

When using a separately purchased battery, it must meet the device requirement of approximately 25V and 13A, with a compatible connector and sufficient discharge capability.

3. Use the external red aiming laser for preliminary alignment.
4. View the infrared spot through the night vision scope.
5. Manually adjust the focusing lens according to the operating distance.
6. Adjust the night vision scope reticle with the supplied hex key when the distance changes.
7. Use short activation intervals and monitor the device temperature.
8. Stop operation immediately when thermal protection is activated.
9. Allow the unit to cool completely before continuing.
