Available in 50W and 75W output configurations, the module integrates high-quality laser diode bars with an Nd:YAG crystal to provide stable continuous-wave laser output and reliable optical performance.
Built with AuSn (gold-tin) bonding technology and an efficient water-cooled structure, the module offers excellent thermal management for long-term continuous operation.
