This 500W coaxial Laser Igniter uses a BWT pump laser source and operates at a 976nm invisible infrared wavelength. It combines direct beam output, manual focus adjustment, a switchable coaxial green guide light, wireless remote control, thermal protection, and a removable high-discharge battery.

The aluminum-alloy main housing provides a durable structure for controlled research, teaching demonstrations, optical testing, material-response evaluation, and other professional applications. Because the working beam is invisible, the green alignment light provides a visible positioning reference. At longer distances, slight deviation or light spread may occur between the green guide light and the infrared beam.

Large Focusing Lens

Recommended for working distances above approximately 3 meters. Focus is adjusted using the rotary control.

Small Focusing Lens

Recommended for distances above approximately 1 meter. Focus is adjusted through a telescopic push-pull mechanism.

Actual focusing results depend on distance, target absorption, equipment stability, lens adjustment, and environmental conditions.

The cooling fan must be switched on before laser output is activated. The high-speed fan produces noticeable operating noise.

Although the maximum continuous operating time is approximately three minutes, a single output cycle of less than one minute is recommended. If the internal temperature reaches approximately 45°C, the thermal protection system may reduce the output or shut down the unit until the equipment cools.

The battery pack uses 18 Samsung 40T cells with a 40A protection board.
