White Laser Module cooling requirements:

1. The heat dissipation system only needs to dissipate heat on the heat dissipation surface (marked in the outline dimension drawing). The cooling surface temperature is not higher than 60°C.

2. The heat sink must be directly attached to the heat dissipation surface of the light source, and there should be no pads in the middle to ensure that the heat from the light source can be quickly transferred to the heat sink.

3. If necessary, the radiator needs to be cooled by a fan to ensure that the temperature will not continue to rise.

4. Calculation of calorific value: calorific value = driving electric power x heating energy ratio = driving electric power x 70%.
